Description
Tasting Notes: Bright salmon color, excellent aromatic complexity, notes of raspberry, strawberry and flowers, a fresh and mineral wine displaying its youth, combining good acidity and fruit freshness, finishing elegantly and vividly.
Winemaking:
The grapes were carefully selected, destemmed and crushed directly into the stainless steel vat, fermented at low temperatures for 4 weeks, and aged on fine lees for 5 months.
