Description
Deep red color. On the nose, aromas of velvety black fruits. On the palate, black fruits stand out, but in perfect harmony with notes of wood and elegant tannins. It reveals a profile full of personality and finishes long and elegantly.
Winemaking:
The grapes are transported to the winery where they are cooled in a cold chamber. The fermentation process begins after 3 days of skin maceration in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 25ºC. Subsequently, part of the batch is aged in used barrels, resulting in a wine full of character and with hints of spicy fruit.
