Description

Vinification:
The grapes were cooled at 5ºC, followed by a gentle disgust of the grapes and a pelicular maceration for a few hours at low temperature. After pressing, it was clarified by decantation and fermented the controlled temperature of 16ºC, keeping the wine on the thin -lengths for a long period of time. 10% of the lot fermented and interned on thin shorts for 6 months in used barrels of French oak.

TEST NOTES:
citrus color. Elegant, intense and of great complexity. The aromas predominate to white fruits and some citrus, in harmony with floral nuances and irreverent minerality. Structured, with live and well integrated acidity, has a long mouth end with spice notes.

Accompanies fish, shellfish, poultry meat and some cheeses and sausages.
