Description
Intense citrine yellow color. Complex, intense and mineral aroma, with good fruit (predominantly citrus notes) very well integrated with the notes of good wood. On the palate it is complex, showing excellent evolution, in an enveloping, structured and voluminous whole, with good acidity and good fruit, very balanced. Long and persistent finish.
Winemaking:
Wine resulting from the fermentation of white-skinned grapes in an open vat (without the juice coming into contact with the skins).
