Vinification:
The grapes were cooled at 5ºC, followed by a smooth disgust and a pelicular maceration for a few hours at low temperature. After pressing, the must was clarified by decantation and fermented the controlled temperature of 16ºC, keeping the wine on the thin -lengths over a long period of time.
TEST NOTES:
Citrus color. High aromatic intensity with varied floral notes, aromas of citrus fruits such as lemon and lime. Long and intense mouth end, with marked freshness and minerality.
