Salmon color, fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose, notes of red fruit, such as cherry and strawberry, integrate harmoniously with a light vegetal and bready touch. On the palate it is creamy and lively, with good acidity and aromatic presence. It finishes long and elegant.
Winemaking:
After pre-cooling to 5ºC, the grapes were pressed directly without crushing or destemming. The resulting must was clarified by static decantation, followed by alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature to obtain the base wine for sparkling wine. After bottling, a second fermentation took place in the bottle (Champagne method). The wine was then aged on its lees for approximately 13 months in the bottle, with disgorgement occurring in May.
