Description

A vibrant yet elegant aroma of red berries and hints of spice. Flavorful and velvety, with an elegant, intense, and persistent finish.

Winemaking:
Grapes harvested in mid-October during the night. The blend was made in the lagar (traditional wine press) to ferment together (field blend). Maturation takes place 30% in American oak barrels and the remaining 70% in concrete vats for a minimum of 12 months.
