Description

An elegant and rich aroma of dark fruit, it also displays a chemical note typical of the grape variety. Flavorful, with a powerful, intense, and persistent finish.

Winemaking:
Grapes harvested at night in early October. Part of the fermentation took place in stainless steel and part in concrete. Maturation is achieved (30%) in French oak barrels and the remaining (70%) in concrete vats for a minimum of 9 months. No allergenic or animal-derived products are used in the production of this wine. It aged in French oak barrels and the remainder in concrete vats.
