Yellow with greenish hues. Pronounced aromas of grapefruit, orange blossom, and lime. Slight aromas of green pepper, adding a certain complexity. Medium-bodied, with vibrant acidity. Long, mineral aftertaste.

Winemaking:
Mechanical Colheita . Gentle pressing in a pneumatic press. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Gentle bâtonnage only during the first 4 months. No malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness. The wine remains in stainless steel tanks until bottling. It is only released to the market after a minimum of 3 months of aging in the bottle for better harmony.
