Yellow with greenish strings. Pronounced aromas of grapefruit, orange flower and lime. Light aromas of green pepper, giving a certain complexity. Medium body, with vibrant acidity. Long mineral aftertaste.

Vinification:
Mechanical harvest. Soft pneumatic press pressing. Stainless fermentation with temperature control. Soft bâtonnage only in the first 4 months. No malo -fermentation to preserve freshness. The wine remains in stainless steel vats until traffic jam. It is only launched on the market after a minimum of 3 months of aging in bottle for better harmony.
