Description
My passion for fresh and mineral wines led me to select Tinta Roriz, Pinot Noir, and Jaen grapes from low-yield granitic soils and vinify them with minimal maceration so that the grapes could express their full character. The result is a wine with a very fresh aroma, mineral notes, and wild berries, a long and elegant finish with present tannins.
Grapes produced using organic farming methods in vineyards planted on the Beira Interior plateau, at an average altitude of 700 meters, in granite soils with quartz veins.
