Description
Fruity, mineral and citrusy, grapefruit, notes of nettle and white flowers, very fresh and light on the palate, revealing the altitude of the vineyards.
Winemaking:
Hand-picked grapes, received with total destemming, whole bunches pressed, fermented at 16-17 ºC with native yeasts for 20 days. Aged for 4 months in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
