Descrição

100% Chardonnay grapes, originating from a vineyard plot at 650 m altitude, located in the parish of Vermiosa, in the sub-region of Castelo Rodrigo, with schist soils.

Fresh and vibrant aroma, green apple, melon, peach and citrus aromas in balance with very subtle creamy vanilla notes. Full-bodied and acidic, finishing with a very long aftertaste.

Hand-harvested, received with destemming and crushing. Fermentation between 16-18ºC for a period of approximately 25 days.
