Description
Intense, mineral aroma, balanced with elegant notes of white flowers, citrus aromas, grapefruit and lime, along with aromas of pulpy fruits. Vibrant acidity, with body and great aging potential .
Winemaking:
Grapes from a vineyard planted on the Beira Interior plateau, in granite soils at an altitude of 750 meters. Hand-harvested, crushed without destemming the bunch. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. Aged with stirring of the lees – “batonnage” – until bottling at the end of January, followed by 3 months of aging in the bottle.
