Description
A structured wine with a mineral character and pronounced citrus aromas. It has complex notes, fruits such as grapefruit and lime, and a very balanced and pronounced acidity.
Winemaking:
Grapes from the Fonte Cal, Rabo de Ovelha and Síria varieties, planted in vineyards with an average age of 80 years in clay-schist soils. Fermentation and aging with stirring of fine lees in French oak barrels used until bottling.
