Description
Intense and striking aroma, sweet vegetal notes of lavender and rockrose in perfect harmony with fruity aromas of ripe cherries and strawberries. Very subtle barrel notes from where it fully fermented and aged.
Winemaking:
Organic wine made from 100% organic Pinot Noir grapes, grown without irrigation, originating from our schist soil vineyard in the parish of Vermiosa, within the Douro International Natural Park, at an altitude of 700 meters. Grapes harvested by hand, partially destemmed and immediately crushed. Whole fermentation in 390 Lts (Perles) barrels with indigenous yeasts without temperature control, followed by 12 months of aging in the same barrels.
