Description
Fruity aroma with a very elegant and discreet minerality in balance with notes of barrel aging. Berries, spices, subtle notes of vanilla and toast. Fruity and persistent with a fresh and elegant finish.
Winemaking:
Hand-picked grapes, received with total destemming, followed by crushing and cooling. Fermentation between 22-26ºC for 7 days with gentle maceration. Aged for 8 months in 1/3 new French oak barrels and 2/3 American oak barrels.
