Description

A very intense and mineral aroma with citrus notes balanced by floral notes of roses. Great volume on the palate, citrus notes accentuated by a vibrant acidity and salinity, a very fresh and long persistent finish.

Winemaking:
Hand-picked grapes. Grapes received at the winery with total destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control between 16-17ºC for 20 days with indigenous yeasts. Aged with fine lees stirred (“bâtonnage”) until bottling at the end of January, followed by 5 months of bottle aging in the cellar.
