Description
Refreshing citrus notes of grapefruit, lemon, tangerine peel, and passion fruit. On the palate, it is fresh and mineral with a strong citrus presence and subtle ginger.
Winemaking:
Grapes harvested manually, pressed whole-bunch without destemming in order to preserve their full aromatic potential. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for approximately 20 days. Aged in stainless steel vats.
