Description
Light brown with an amber halo. Rich and elegant nose combining fragrances of ripe wild berries and delicate, subtle dried fruits. Complex notes of caramel and fine wood. On the palate it is soft and silky, full of ripe flavors reminiscent of candied cherries.
Winemaking:
Classic Port wine method with short skin maceration. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks followed by fortification.
