Exam Notes
It has a reddish-brown color. Aromas of stewed fruit, spices, and dried fruit.
On the palate, crystallized dates with notes of walnuts and almonds, with a delicate finish.
Winemaking:
The classic Port wine method involves skin maceration and short alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by fortification.
