Description
Exam notes:
Amber color with copper reflections. Notes of dried fruit and honey balancing the rich aromas of dried fruit. Subtle flavors of dried fruit with exotic layers of caramel, dried fruit, and coffee beans. Exuberant and silky richness, with elegant quality.
Winemaking:
Classic Port wine method with skin maceration and short alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks followed by fortification.
