Classic Port Wine method with skin maceration and short alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks followed by fortification.
Aging for up to seven years in casks or barrels.
Tasting Notes
It has a blond color with a wide amber halo. Its aroma is rich with nuances of ripe stewed fruit (plum, apricot) and floral notes. More complex due to the dried fruit flavours that come from its ageing in wood. In the mouth, dried orange and dried fruits intertwine in a fine and persistent finish.
