Exam Notes
It has a reddish-brown color. Aromas of stewed fruit, spices, and dried fruit.
On the palate, crystallized dates with notes of walnuts and almonds, with a delicate finish.
Winemaking:
Winemaking according to the traditional Port wine method. Alcoholic fermentation with skin maceration. Fermentation takes place under controlled temperature and is interrupted by the addition of grape brandy.
