Description
Manual harvest. In the cellar, the grapes were selected at a vibrating table and deceived with slight berry crushing. The fermentation took place in 500L French oak barrels for nine months. Golden color, quite mineral in the nose, which exposes its terroir of origin. The pipe is discreet and involves the set very well. Large volume of mouth and remarkable freshness.
