Manual harvest. In the winery, the grapes were selected at a table of choice, with full disagreement and slight crushing of the berry. The fermentation occurred in mechanical presses and in French oak vats with intense maceration and controlled temperature. Internship in French oak barrels for a period of 16 months and in a bottle for a period of 12 months. Deep and concentrated ruby color. Aroma: Very mature black fruits and spice notes of the barrel stage. Firm tannins, concentration and freshness. Long and persistent end.
