Description
Description
Light and bright salmon color. Fresh and delicate nose with great aromatic complexity. Notes of white roses and orange flower, more mature melon and others, cooler, grapefruit shavings. Very fresh and silky attack that grows in volume, accompanied by thin notes of red fruits that evolve to a long, long, saline mouth.
Vinification:
The grapes are harvested manually and transported to the winemaking center. Following is the cold maceration of the whole bunch for a period of 24 hours. The grapes are gently pressed and the must is transferred to underground vats, where decantation occurs and fermentation begins. 90% fermented and ages in stainless steel vats and 10% in French oak barrels of different capabilities. At the internship there is contact with the dreaks.
