Description

The grapes benefit from rigorous control of their ripening evolution directly in the vineyards for final selection. Immediately after arriving at the winery, the grapes are destemmed and crushed, followed by the alcoholic fermentation process accompanied by maceration – 6 to 10 days – at a controlled temperature of 25 to 28ºC. After the completion of malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 12 months in stainless steel tanks, and for around 3 months in French and American oak before bottling to refine its final characteristics.
