Descrição
Alcoholic fermentation conducted at 18ºC, weekly “Batonnage” in total dreaks. In the final lot we added 25% fermented wine in 500 liters barrels. Very intense and complex aroma, fruit of white, floral, mineral, citrus. In the mouth shows amplitude, very well integrated vibrant acidity. Very long and persistent ending. Contains sulfites.
