Alcoholic fermentation conducted at 18ºC, with weekly batonnage on the lees. In the final blend, we added 25% of wine fermented in 500-liter barrels. Very intense and complex aroma, white-fleshed fruit, floral, mineral, citrus. On the palate, it shows breadth, vibrant acidity very well integrated. Very long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
