Very spicy wine with fresh notes of cedar, tobacco leaf, cherry pit and a good presence of dark chocolate. Vigorous in form and structure, with a spicy and prolonged finish, where smoke and wood spices interconnect.

Winemaking:

Classic crushing and stemming, fermentation and tanning in stainless steel at controlled temperature.

Tasting notes: Very spicy wine with fresh notes of cedar, tobacco leaf, cherry pit and a good presence of dark chocolate. Vigorous in form and structure, with a spicy and prolonged finish, where the smoked and
wood spices interconnect.
