TEST NOTES:
Very young and serious aromatic profile, austere like the white and reds of this mythical producer. Fresh floral, rubber, light strawberry note. Testing mouth with a lot of acidity, dry and vibrant, a rose to the table, full of patina, which is kept another two years.
