Bushmills 21 Years

Our 21-year-old Bushmills is the perfect marriage of single malts matured for 19 years in Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks, before being finished in Madeira casks for a further two years.
This exceptionally long finishing period allows our single malt to mature patiently and achieve deeper notes of ripe fruit and dried raisins from the Portuguese fortified wine barrels.
Our 21st anniversary edition is produced in limited quantities. Each bottle is numbered.

Deep, rich flavors of dark chocolate and toffee precede sweet notes of vanilla, toasted nuts, and a hint of charred oak.
