Red color. Aromas of spices and red fruits. Red fruits, notes of black pepper. Balanced, medium-bodied with a persistent finish.
Winemaking:
The grapes are destemmed and crushed directly into the vat, followed by 2 days of cold maceration. Alcoholic fermentation begins at 16ºC and ends at 24ºC, followed by malolactic fermentation.
