Description
Golden in color. Naturally very aromatic, with notes of grapefruit, quince, and honey. Persistent and with good overall freshness on the palate, full-bodied, again grapefruit and a hint of anise. Long and creamy finish.
Winemaking:
Late Colheita wines are sweet, unfortified wines in which the grapes are harvested later, undergoing a dehydration process that concentrates the sugar and modifies the aromas.
