Description
Ruby color. On the nose, red fruit and compote stand out with light vanilla touches. On the palate, the entry is firm with plenty of texture, creating a fine, elegant and very balanced profile.
Winemaking:
Reception of the grapes with total destemming and crushing. Regular and controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Light skin maceration with an automatic pump-over system. Complete malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging for 9 months in French oak barrels.
