Description
Intense ruby color, fresh yet dense and velvety, a perfect harmony where the wild fruits of the Douro and the violets typical of the grape variety blend with "Esteva" and some toasted notes. It is a sophisticated and very elegant Touriga Nacional, with ripe, exuberant tannins and excellent persistence.
Winemaking:
Hand- Colheita , with meticulous attention to ripeness, where the bunches are carefully selected. Cold pre-fermentation maceration, alcoholic fermentation with temperature control in stainless steel tanks. Long post-fermentation maceration with malolactic fermentation. Vinified with all the necessary care to preserve the typicity of the grape varieties and a brief aging in French oak to enhance its complexity.
