Description
Citrine color, greenish hue, fruity yet very stylish, luscious, with floral and mineral touches, very light toasting makes it soft on the palate, with good volume and good acidity. Smooth, delicate and refreshing.
Winemaking:
Hand-harvested, with meticulous attention to ripeness and carefully selected grapes. Brief pre-fermentation maceration followed by alcoholic fermentation with temperature control of 12-14ºC in stainless steel tanks, producing elegant wines with preserved aromas. Aged on lees with bâtonnage in French oak.
