A lot of three white castes of Dão, where it is intended to combine the different characteristics of the castes that compose it to achieve balance and harmony, as well as the gastronomic aptitude that characterizes the good white wines of this region. It is elegant, fresh and vibrant! As he aged part of the crossbreak of the crossroads in French oak barrels, it was intended to reinforce its complexity, as well as its volume and structure.
Vinification:
Separate winemaking from the crossroads. Manual selection on the choice rug. After deceiving and crushing, the resulting masses were sent to a pneumatic press where the filths were separated from the films, with the must -decanting at low temperature for 48 hours for clarification. Fermented in stainless steel vats to controlled temperature, part of the crossed lot has interned about 6 months in new and used French oak barrels.
