Description
Volume, freshness and minerality, combined with a huge gastronomic vocation, are attributes of the crossroads, highlighted by the resulting complexity of a stage of about 12 months in French oak barrels.
Vinification:
After deceiving and crushing, the masses are sent to a pneumatic press where the must is separated from the films, then subjected to static decantation at low temperature for 48 hours for clarification, fermented in stainless temperature temperature, with about 12 years of age. Months in French oak barrels, partially new and partially used.
