A blend of two emblematic Dão grape varieties, in a classic combination where Touriga Nacional reveals its full potential, with its subtly floral and fruity components, and its lush, dense structure on the palate, refreshed by the fluidity and delicacy of Alfrocheiro. A blend where the notes of French oak in which it aged are very well integrated.
Winemaking:
After destemming and crushing, the different grape varieties are vinified individually in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, with maceration considered appropriate to their characteristics. After malolactic fermentation, part of the batch aged in French oak barrels for about 20 months, and the remainder in stainless steel tanks.
