Description

A Blend of two emblematic castes of Dão, in a classic combination where Touriga Nacional reveals all its potential, with its softly floral and fruity components, and its luxurious and dense mouth structure, refreshed by the fluidity and delicacy of the alfrocheiro. A set where the notes of French oak wood where he interned very well.

Vinification:
After deceiving and crushing, the different castes are vinified individually in stainless steel tubs, with controlled temperature, with maceration considered adequate to their characteristics. After malo -fermentation, part of the lot in French oak barrels for about 20 months, and the rest in stainless steel vats.
