Description
A batch of large castes, typical of the Dão region, which give rise to a wine with fresh and fruity aromas, where a slight aging of part of the wines that make up the lot in French oak barrels adds body, presence and complexity, without compromising the traditional elegance and smoothness that characterize the reds of this region.
Vinification:
The different castes are harvested in the mature state considered ideal for each of the castes that make up this lot. Manual vindue in boxes of 15 kg. Manual selection in a carpet of choice. After deceiving and crushing, stainless steel vinification to controlled temperature, with maceration adequate to its characteristics. After the malo -fermentation, part of the wines obtained from Touriga Nacional and black alfrocheiro interned in French oak barrels of different ages, and the rest in stainless steel vats.
