On the nose, this colheita yielded a very fresh and complex wine, with citrus fruit, grapefruit, in harmony with subtle floral nuances and strong mineral notes characteristic of the terroir, enhanced by notes resulting from aging on fine lees and in barrels. The freshness and volume on the palate are surprising, with a very long, fresh and mineral finish. This white wine is ideal to accompany: fish, seafood, white meats and vegetables. Serve slightly chilled, between 10-12ºC.
