Description
Carm Wine Vinification Red Reserve 2020: Curls that were not in perfect condition, total disgust, smooth crush and thermal shock were eliminated, then followed a period of cold pre-fermentation maceration in laging for about 12 to 24 hours , after which the masses were transferred to wide and low fermentation vats, maceration for 8 days to 22ºC. Internship: 18 months in barrels, 70% French oak (225L) and 30% of American oak (300L).
Aroma
Very fresh and intense with notes of wild black fruits and black cherries in balance with seductors of “liquorice”, being the aroma complexed by the notes of wood
Flavor
In the mouth it is very concentrated, hot, with firm tannins and smooth texture, very intense and persistent ending to show hard the strength of the superior Douro wines
