Description

It reveals a bright, citrusy color with greenish hues. It has a fresh fragrance of citrus and tropical fruits. On the palate, it is complex, balanced, and fresh. It finishes long and elegant.

Winemaking:
When the grapes reach the right point of ripeness, they are carefully harvested, destemmed and gently crushed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC and the wine ages on its lees for a further twelve months, with bâtonnage.
