Exam notes:
Exuberant aroma of raspberry and blackberry jam, pine needles, and dried aromatic herbs. It presents a very interesting contrast on the palate, being more austere and rustic, without losing its elegance and a certain delicacy. Ripe and well-present tannins, acidity that underlines the succulent texture of the wine. Earthy touch on the finish. A beautiful example of a talha wine.
Winemaking:
Hand- Colheita . Selection of the best grapes and fermentation in clay amphorae. After fermentation, the wine undergoes post-fermentation maceration. It rests for a few months, allowing it to acquire unique characteristics.
