Description
Winemaking:
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a maximum temperature of 22ºC until total sugars appear. Malolactic fermentation not performed. Aged for 14 months in 500L French oak barrels followed by 12 months in bottle.
Test results:
Intense aroma of dried fruits, liqueurs and macerated fruits with evolution. The palate follows the aroma profile, adding some sinew and power that make it an excellent companion for structured dishes or desserts.
