Winemaking:
These grapes are a blend of 70% old vines and 30% Encruzado, from our Quinta do Aral. The old vines are around 80 years old and combine a variety of traditional grape varieties, some of which are rare. Selection of grapes at the entrance to the winery. Pressing with total destemming, followed by cold skin maceration. The fermentation of the clean must took place in small stainless steel vats, at a controlled temperature and in 400L barrels. Aging in 400L barrels and stainless steel vats.

Test results:
Nose with notes of toasted barrel and citrus nuances. Intense mouth, with salty touches, fresh, prolonged acidity.
