Description
Winemaking:
The grapes were totally de-slated and gently crushed for a granite press. After cold maceration during 24h, fermentation was started at a controlled temperature of 23 °C, gently homogenizing the must with stepping on foot, in order to make a good extraction of the grapes, preserving all the aromas and flavors. Stage only in stainless steel tanks.
Test results:
Intense ruby color, aroma with notes of red fruits and spices. In the mouth it is balanced, with round tannins and a medium finish.
Advice from storing and serving:
It should be stored in a dry and cool place. Serve between 15ºC-17ºC.
