Description

Winemaking:
Pressing and total destemming, as soon as possible after the harvest, and very lightly to minimize the possibility of the must being stained by the phenolic components responsible for the color of the reds. followed by cooling and decantation at 13ºC. The fermentation of the clean must took place in a small stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature of 16ºC, in order to preserve all the aromas and freshness.

Test results:
Amber color. Exuberant aroma with fruity notes, such as watermelon and strawberry. The fruit is very present in the mouth, with a vibrant and refreshing acidity.

Advice from storing and serving:
Serve at a temperature between 10 and 12ºC.
